Shohn Armstrong, BC-HIS

Board Certified HIS, Owner

Shohn Armstrong is the 3rd generation owner. He worked for Starkey as a Repair Line Supervisor from 1991-1995 and is able to perform most repairs in-office. Shohn is Board Certified as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been serving northeast Oklahoma for 31+ years. 

Shelley Havig

Customer Service Manager

Shelley Havig has been working at Armstrong Hearing since September 2007. She is our Customer Service Manager and serves our customers with product updates, cleaning hearing aids, and marketing and also assists Shohn as needed. 

Lisa Coolidge

Front Office Manager

Lisa Coolidge has been with Armstrong Hearing since June 2020. She serves as our Front Office Manager.

Suzy Armstrong

Suzy Armstrong works the Back Office as bookkeeper, human resources manager and marketing support. She has been working with her husband/owner, Shohn, since they took over Armstrong Hearing on January 1, 2006.

I recently visited Armstrong hearing aid center since my hearing aid I had received from the VA quit working. They quickly within minutes knew they had to send it to the manufacturer for repairs. They had it back in days good as new with no charge. They are very friendly...
