About Armstrong Hearing
Better hearing is not expensive. It is priceless.

About Us

Armstrong Hearing Aid Center has been a family owned business in Tulsa for over 50 years. It was founded by James Armstrong in 1960 and is now operated by his grandson, Shohn Armstrong, making the business a third generation operation.

Shohn and his wife, Suzy, took over as owners in 2005, when his father Larry Armstrong retired. Since then, Shohn and Suzy, have expanded the business and it is now serving more hearing impaired people with the use of highly advanced hearing aid technology and software programs provided by Starkey Laboratories, a world-wide corporation.

Shohn worked for Starkey Laboratories in Texas for five years as a technician on the production and repair lines. He has actually manufactured and repaired thousands of hearing aids. This experience gives him a unique understanding of the hearing aid technology not found with other dealers in the Tulsa area. This understanding of the technology is critical to the successful fitting of the device to the individual hearing loss.

Armstrong Hearing Aid Center now features Audibel hearing aids which is a division of Starkey Laboratories much like Cadillac is a division of General Motors. Audibel is their premier line and no one else in northeast Oklahoma provides these upscale hearing devices. Starkey Laboratories and Audibel are manufactured in the United States.

Shohn has been licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Health as a Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1996. He is also a member of the Oklahoma Hearing Aid Advisory Council.

We are located in the Summit Square Shopping Center on 71st Street just west of Sheridan, close to Tuesday Morning.

Come meet Shohn and Suzy and our staff, Traci and Shelley. You will know the difference between us and other dealers when you first walk in the door and you won't be disappointed.
